Service is top notch. No complaints really. Just need to communicate exactly what you want when getting your hair done and ask questions before services start if you are unsure. Other that it's great.

Called multiple times to speak with a recommended stylist. She never returned my calls. Contacted her via text and left multiple voicemails. No return calls. This is not a reflection on the shop... just disappointed as a new customer service was not secured.
About 2 months ago I went in to get a texturizer to soften up my natural hair and by the fourth day it started falling out and continue to fall out everyday up into a week ago I wanted to show pictures but was to embarrased. This has caused so much emotional damage because being a BLACK woman her hair is her crown. I'm upset with myself for even bothering to come in this establishment to change something I should have left alone and now I'm bald with NO HAIR. I will never go into another beauty salon. This experience has taught me well
I went to this salon a few years ago when I visited Ohio before I began my current natural journey. She did a good job washing and blowing my hair out and recommended a certain product for my dry scalp but I no longer reside in the area nor use relaxers in my hair. If I do know of anyone who uses relaxers and will be in the area looking for a hair dresser, I will be sure to direct them to this salon.
Taryn is my hair stylist. She's an amazing colorist. She thinks outside the box for colors and styles. I've been going to her for 11 years
